Nope, not compatible with sports seats, Tesla front integrated headrests, full-size heavy-duty SUVs. Fits most standard car headrests with two exposed metal posts (post diameter ≤0.59inch)
what's dimension of bag straps it fit?

It perfectly fits for bag handle with a width below 0.78 inch and thickness below 0.5 inch. if your bag strap is slightly wider or thicker, it can hold but not perfectly.
How much weight can it hold safely?

Each hook can holds up to 55 lb in total. The thick leather wrap and sturdy metal frame won't bend, so heavy grocery bags and large bags can hold securely on it even on bumpy roads.
Can I rotate the hooks to hold bags on front seat?

Sure. The hooks have 360-degree rotation design, just freely flip them forward for front passengers or tuck flat under headrest when not in use.
Does it damage car headrest posts or seat leather?

Not at all. It is fully wrapped with durable pvc leather instead of hard plastic, and the leather is soft, smooth, so it won't scratch or leave marks on your headrest posts or seat leather.
